I worked for a doctor and when we would go to pull charts for the next day most of them couldnt be found. There were times that we would have to make established patients new charts because thiers couldnt be located. I was just wondering if that would be a HIPAA violation?

She was visiting Liverpool approximately 1985 and the public were allowed to go on board to have a look around.

She experienced problems and had to dock at Canada Docks - she was there for approximately 3 weeks.

How many unarmed white people have been killed by police in the last decade? This is a serious question, not a rhetorical one - I honestly don't remember having heard of any.

Asked directly by Levin whether the U.S. is winning in Iraq, Gates replied, "No, sir." That response appeared to contradict Bush, who said at an Oct. 25 news conference, "Absolutely, we're winning."

Is Gates a hero?

I was watching the news last night, and heard that she might run. I told my friend about this, and he said "I don't think the rest of the world would take us seriously if we had a woman as our president." I disagree with this, it would set examples for the rest of the world, and would be a new experiance. Anyways, if she did run for the white house, would you vote for her?
She's a democrat, and Bill Clinton's wife.
I'd vote for her...

I recently had a 4 month old baby and I want to get a part time job to help pay the bills. I like the idea of serving 1 weekend a month but I read somewhere that I could be sent out of the country to serve. I would not be willing to join if I had to leave the country. I want to serve my local community or state. THANKS

Is Kerry or Gore still in the picture. Where are all the republicans and don't you think these are pitiful choices.

why cant elected officals act on they're own behalf, follow they're own ideas, instead of being classified as a democrate or republican. sounds like a college faternaty to me and that grouping may be what causes a lot of problems in our legal system.

I made a court date for a traffic ticket I recieved. Because I am a Paramedic I cannot have two more points on my license without getting fired/terminated. When I called in and made the date I asked the court clerk about taking a defesive driving course instead of getting the points on my license. The court clerk said I needed to talk to the prosucuter about taking driver improvement class or pleaing to a ticket that had no points to it. What are the chances that I can take a defenseive driving course or pleading to another ticket without the points?? And if I did take a difensive driving course will it show up on my driving record?

It seems to me that it would be in America's best interest to fire every top member of the DHS and replace them with wiser and more responsible people.
