Yeah they put 21 bullets in the guy on his wedding day. Well they only gave Mr. Diallo 19 when they told him to show ID and keep his hands away from his pockets. Both lawful order either of which well get you killed.

Let's face it. New York is corrupt. Always has been. Never will be anything else, and things haven't changed since Jacob Riis's
' How The Other Half Lives ' or ' Gangs Of New York '. Personally I don't put any trust in government. They try making people to go corrupt, so no one can say anything against them, because they are corrupt themselves. This way they have something on you. Or think they do. After that, they more or less try doing what they want with you. Stupid if you go corrupt though. Why make it easy for them? Right? In all, the things you see happening in New York are a result of what it normally does. The rest of this country is the same way. Hipocrisy goes a long way in covering, not too well, what is generally ' business as usual '. The plus side? Everything ... has an end.

Let all the facts come out. Truth is, the neighborhoods are bad, which puts police on edge to begin with, and when police are trained they are told to shoot to kill and keep shooting until the target no longer poses a threat. I am not a police officer, but I can tell you that if you put me in some of the neighborhoods where I live and I have a gun, then I probably will feel threatened enough to use it.
The best thing for New Yorkers and everybody else who lives in these drug and crime infested areas is to get off their butts and change the atmosphere. Clean it up. Don't complain about police presence (or lack there of), don't complain about the city not keeping the streets clean, don't complain about drug dealers and gangs running the neighborhoods, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Even God requires to people to meet him half way.

I think a 21 gun salute is nothing compared to the organ playing at your wedding!

keep in mind that all three guys had extensive police records all including weapons posession. these cops probably knew these losers and took no chances. if they didnt show there hands when asked or made a quick move, they were bound to be gunned down and probaby deserved it.better then another nypd funeral. its 3 less gun toting drug dealing losers in the city. black white or rainbow, its all good

Neither you nor I know exactly what happened that night. Get off your soapbox. These were vice cops...so Bell had to have been into something not so good to have the interest of undercover vice cops. He is obviously not as innocent as you make him out to be.

What else should Bell and his cohorts expect when they ran down a police officer and rammed a police van?
