I was watching the news last night, and heard that she might run. I told my friend about this, and he said "I don't think the rest of the world would take us seriously if we had a woman as our president." I disagree with this, it would set examples for the rest of the world, and would be a new experiance. Anyways, if she did run for the white house, would you vote for her?
She's a democrat, and Bill Clinton's wife.
I'd vote for her...

I don't think I agree with your Friend People would probably take us just as seriously it might even bring some of the morals back into this country. But on whether I would vote for Hillary. It all depends on what she is campaigning about. I tend to vote towards republican.

Hillary Clinton will run on the Democratic ticket as will many other Democrats. The Democratic candidate for President will be decided at the Democratic National Convention. Hope this answer was helpful to you.

I would never vote for Hillary Clinton. Also, I wouldn't get your hopes up for her to run. After winning back Congress, the Democrats are not going to risk losing the 2008 election by running a female candidate.

I'd vote for her in a hot second. She's a tough, intelligent woman. As for your friend, even third world countries in Africa and South America have female presidents or high-profile leaders. France just got a new female leader as well, as did Canada. The people who have answered previously (without decorum and with little rational thought applied) probably don't understand her policies. No she hasn't been perfect, but smart people don't expect any politician to be. If any woman were to run for president, I'd choose her.

I wouldn't vote for her under any circumstances. Gender has nothing to do with it.
Margaret Thatcher, Indira Ghandi & Golda Meir were taken seriously.

This question about Hillary gets asked about a dozen times a day. If you want to help us, please try to think up something new.
Fifteen, eh? Good. That gives you a few years to get your head screwed on straight before you vote. Hillary in the White House is about the worst thing that could happen to this nation.

No. Absolutely not. I'd vote for Barrack Obama, or John McCain, or Colin Powell, or Evan Bayh - but not for Hilalry Clinton. She's a career politician who is just as crooked and corrupt as most other politicians. -RKO-

No, I think she would make a terrible President not because of her sex but because of her ideology and policies. As you know Lady Thatcher was PM of England for years and is regarded as one of Englands best PM's along with Churchill. It was her ideology and philosophy that made her great as was Churchill's

Echoing Xyz . . .'s answer: No, I'd never vote for her and didn't for her husband either. The last Democrat I voted for was assassinated in November 1963.
