it 's an air raid by the u.s.a.f on bagdad in the first gulf war, the pilots come under iraqi sam attack, my guess (and i'm allways right, considering my military knowldge) was the sam's fired were soviet buk m1 anti aircraft missiles. but a good link to prove no airforce is the best or better then any airforce,specialy when against new generation of sam's.

I have a friend who has to be in jail due to violation of probation. He has to sleep on concrete floors, no blankets, no matress, no pillows and does not get medical attention and some other things I can t imagine is according to his rights as an inmate. Im looking for any hint where I can read what his rights are. Thanks in advance

Being the Physically handicapped person, I was barred from conducting the examinatsion of Inspector of Central Excise. Now, the Act 1995 came in favour of Handicapped person to get or promoted to post of Central Excise. In accordance with Notification 16/35 dated 31.6.2001 issued by the Ministry of Social
Justice and Empowerment , the post of Inspector of Central Excise was identified to be handled by the Handicapped person.
To get justice to whom I have to contact. Any Court Legal Law is available. Whether any legal expert is available in this regard. I want to clarify my doubt, that whether I can become Inspector in this Dept. Before the promulation of the Notification dated 31.6.2001, I got promoted in the Ministerial Cadre i.e. Deputy Office Supt(LII). Please help me to get justice in the Department.The Department has issued the Executive Order that once promoted to the line of Ministerial side cannot be come back for the further promotion. Please help me. Thanking you.

Ok i am in the military and i two questions ok i am married but my husband leave at the end of jan so we decied not to get off post living but is their and AR that says that he can stay the night in my room or that i can stay in his since we are married also they never gave us the opition to move off post.

Second question i am pergnant and i need to know if their is an AR that says exectly what i can and cant do with detail cause the profile i got it very blunt so i would like to know.

i have recently traveld back from saudi arabia it is the worst country i have ever been to there is so much censorship all they ever show on telly is the king walking around kissing people and i mean all day. they have no oppision in goverment there are lots of people from third world countrys getting exploited like slaves working in poor conditions and nobody is allowed speak out for them. no information is allowed out of the country. it makes north korea look like a holiday camp.and the saudi people are not even allowed any infomation . every book i picked up in english had half the text cut out.but there are KFC's every place you go .

last year a friend of mine recieved an article 15 for and act that was commited at his duty station invoving him and another chick. well, on sunday i came across some valuable information. she was blabbing to other people that she had lied on her sworn statement as well as the other people that were invovled. when ask why she would lie about something like that, she said that the NCO was being to hard on her and someone needed to drop him down a dew pegs. so her and a group of her friends got together and came up with a plan to get him. so since i have all of this on video record w/sound shoudl i submit it to the 1st sgt. will it change the NCO's record?

she is pregnant and doesnt want to get an abortion I cant have kids right now we are both only 22 and recently grad she doesnt realize that having a child will greatly ruin both our lives, so i am wondering, I would never commit such an act but the topic came up with some friends of what kind of crimes would be commited if u gave a pregnant women first trimester an ru486 (abortion pill) without her knowing, just so we are clear it is giving a first trimester women an abortion pill without her knowledge so she did not agree to it or know that you have given her one(ideally it will result in an abortion). I am not as worried about what will happen with my girlfriend because now her parents are getting on her to have an abortion as well and shes starting to see the sad future if she keeps the baby. Has anyone taken a look a the distribution of wealth in America. This is the only country own from the outside in. So who's to say is responsible for the Billionares here and abroad. What most fail to realize is, what has happen to Blacks in America will never just cease to exist. You must take the time to understand the monopoly game. Most of my forefathers where conditioned and enslaved up until my grandfather who became a share cropper before his passing in Mississippi. Now here's the catch. Dr King gained us civil rights and others faught for other reasons to set us free. Now that the property is all bought up (per say) Now we are free to compete with the rest of the world. Fortune fivehundred companies... International Companies and others that back their investments here in America. Now you mean to tell me, Blacks have a fair shot. We have nothing to support us while most folks think blacks are lazy. The American dream doesn't look feasible
