she is pregnant and doesnt want to get an abortion I cant have kids right now we are both only 22 and recently grad she doesnt realize that having a child will greatly ruin both our lives, so i am wondering, I would never commit such an act but the topic came up with some friends of what kind of crimes would be commited if u gave a pregnant women first trimester an ru486 (abortion pill) without her knowing, just so we are clear it is giving a first trimester women an abortion pill without her knowledge so she did not agree to it or know that you have given her one(ideally it will result in an abortion). I am not as worried about what will happen with my girlfriend because now her parents are getting on her to have an abortion as well and shes starting to see the sad future if she keeps the baby. well it's sad that you obviously weren't ready to have a baby but didn't bother to take the steps to ensure that she wouldn't become pregnant. well, depending on the jurisdiction, you might be charged with murder or manslaughter. you would be charged with illegal giving someone medicine (felony), giving someone drugs without their consent (felony), i'm sure the DA's office would come up with some more, so you'd probably be looking at 10+ years. now THAT would really ruin your life

This is sad.
If you didn't want a child then you should of used protection.
If you do this, you could be facing criminal charges if you are caught. You are talking about killing an innocent child. That child did not ask you two to make them.
I hope in the future you prevent this.

I think the pill only works if taken within 24 hours of having sex. It's just a high strength birth control pill. If she's already with child I'd say it's too late. If you play, you pay. You can look forward to 18 years of child support.

firstly..... it takes 2 people to make a baby. you both should have thought about the consequences beforehand. now wanting to get rid of that poor defenseless baby is cruel and sick. 22 age is no excuse for KILLING a baby.
if it should come out what you have done you could be charged with 1st degree murder and she could be charged as an accomplice. if you do it without her consent you could be charged with the same and if it fails you can be charged with intention to kill and harm.

you should of thought about this before you went and played, cause i dont agree with abortions, you can adopt the child its not the childs fault......and secondly if you give her a pill with out her consent and she loses the baby.....well her in the usa...thats murder....so dont do it......please have the child and adopt it out ok...just do the right thing.....
