I do think that it would be better for the country if it were legal. Regulate it, tax the hell out of it, stop filling up jails with people in possession, etc.
But, there's a lot of misconceptions about it that would be really difficult to get enough people to understand so they could be in favor of making it legal. Not gonna happen any time soon.

Marijuana can be legalized for personal use if it is approved by majority of the peole through a referendum or by the legislature.

I dont see anything wrong with that statement I have never heard of anybody commiting a violent crime from smoking weed unless it was that one assault I read about because somebody took his bag of doritos

Yes as it is a phrobition that has made too many criminals out of ordinary citizens, you can not legislate morals, and it does have medicianal uses
