I have a friend who has to be in jail due to violation of probation. He has to sleep on concrete floors, no blankets, no matress, no pillows and does not get medical attention and some other things I can t imagine is according to his rights as an inmate. Im looking for any hint where I can read what his rights are. Thanks in advance

I'm really doubtful it's that bad sounds like he's looking for sympathy ,shouldn't of got in trouble in the first place-but if that's really going on get his lawyer on it he should have one even if it's court appointed.
