Has anyone taken a look a the distribution of wealth in America. This is the only country own from the outside in. So who's to say is responsible for the Billionares here and abroad. What most fail to realize is, what has happen to Blacks in America will never just cease to exist. You must take the time to understand the monopoly game. Most of my forefathers where conditioned and enslaved up until my grandfather who became a share cropper before his passing in Mississippi. Now here's the catch. Dr King gained us civil rights and others faught for other reasons to set us free. Now that the property is all bought up (per say) Now we are free to compete with the rest of the world. Fortune fivehundred companies... International Companies and others that back their investments here in America. Now you mean to tell me, Blacks have a fair shot. We have nothing to support us while most folks think blacks are lazy. The American dream doesn't look feasible

don't feel bad.....the Cherokee and other fellow Indian tribes have been held back longer than your people have been here.

I am not prejudice ! want you to know that from the start !!! I think people ought to just look into the person not the color or race.....BUT.....I dont think blacks have it any worse than women. White people (and yes there are still some that are ignorant) but in general have come a long way on this issue. In alot of ways blacks hurt themselves by making their color an issue all the time and the young black males(in general) need to drop the attitude. A good % of blacks USE there past as a excuse not to work hard and try !!! There are no more slave owners left they are all dead now our generation though is still being blamed by most blacks. I feel the tables are turning and alot of blacks are being more prejudice than some whites now. Every body is prejudiced against now for some reason,To fat ,skinny, race, color,woman, man . It seems like in these days and times people hate tooooo much for any reason they can find. The key FOR EVERYONE is dedication,morals family and hard work,the opportunity is there you just have to have the WILL and determination to reach out and grab it.

Look at immigrants coming into America every year pulling themselves up from below poverty to the upper middle class these people have a later start than blacks born here in this country (matter of fact for you to think about is that blacks in the USA have a higher standard of living than black people any where else in the world).

So to you thinking that since the evils of slavery ended couple centuries ago and that you have had equal civil rights for the last 30+ years that you don't have a fair shot that is preposterous.

please respond to why and how it is brand new immigrants with less in there pocket and knowledge of the country can pull them selves up but others cannot who have been here from birth.

Just look at the Jews and the Cubans. They combine their wealth and bought our corporations. The corporations then turn around and hire Jews or Cubans.

People like Oprah, Jordan, and other wealthy blacks could combine their wealth and buy out large US corporations which will employ blacks as executives and employees. Instead, they waste it on personaly entertianment.
