No - the Protection from Harassment Act - was brought in to combat this type of thing, stalking etc.

Sending hate mail could land you in prison.

Hate mail is illegal because it demeans and threaten a person. However, the culprit can only be prosecuted if there is a complainant with witnesses willing to charge the offender in court.

yes hate mail is if you have got hate mail you should report it strait away especially if it really harsh REPORT IT before it gets really bad
