I am tired of hearing the age old reason for minorities selling out to the liberals. Can't you see that liberals don't care about us and only pander to us for their own benefit. I never have and never will vote democrat!!!!!

Do you support the ACLU in their defense of a religion's right to hold Christian baptisms in public parks?

The ACLU defends ANYONE whose constitutional rights have been violated.

For instance, they are defending the right of the Cornerstone Baptist Church to use public parks for baptisms.

12/01/06 "AP" -- -- -A record 7 million people — or one in every 32 American adults — were behind bars, on probation or on parole by the end of last year, according to the Justice Department.

Of those, 2.2 million were in prison or jail, an increase of 2.7 percent over the previous year, according to a report released Wednesday.

More than 4.1 million people were on probation and 784,208 were on parole at the end of 2005. Prison releases are increasing, but admissions are increasing more

Drainage Easement. Runs through my property. Neighborhood kids play in it. Are they in a trespassing status?

The ditch runs across the rear of my lot. My lot also extends past the ditch on the backside another 15 feet. So the ditch is completely encapsulated by my property. The city maintains the ditch. I was told by one of the kids mothers that since it is a city maintained easement, that the kids arent even on my property and therefore not trespassing. She believes they have a perfect right to play there as she considers it city property. This seems crazy to me and I would think that even though it is an easement it is still part of my property and therefore I still maintain the right to deny trespass.

any u.s.embassy officials in uk,who can give me some insider tips on a b2 visa application?

we have been refused a b2 visa 3 times,mainly because we dont own a property in the u.k.,which seems unfair.are there any ways around this? as we have plenty of social ties to the u.k. and enough money to support us in the u.s. when we are there.
also does any one have any info about the so called relaxing of the immigration policy of the u.s. recently for u.k. citizens? or is it just hearsay.
we have been treated awfully the times we have been to the embassy!.
