It isnt and there are no groups of crazy flag burners. It is just a false issue put away to divert attention from real issues.

No one really...its a rally issue for the conservatives. It how to energize the base which is crucial for winning elections. Its emotional and easy to understand so its a wide appeal issue. They never talk about flag burning or the pledge during mid-term sessions. That time is crucial deciding how the tax money is being divied up.

If a Mexican burns an American flag, it's freedom of speech. If an American burns a Mexican flag, it's a hate crime. This has already happened in Arizona.

I have been watching a series on Fox News and they show Muslim Clerics burying American Flags and replacing them with Arab flags....
Now report me all you that are offended!
Also I have seen a lot of anti-American parades with American citizens burying our flag, and stomping on it just like the above....So are we defeatests!

It doesn't happen often enough to warrant congress wasting time on a constitutional amendment to ban it. We has more pressing issues for them to address.
