The customary treatment is for Yahoo to simply remove the answer on the grounds that it is "Not a question or an answer".
I have never heard of suspensions - account removals are for much more serious offenses, and the email account is lost right along with the Answers account. Although I know this because people it happened to just created a new account and came back complaining about it.

They should be suspended, No question is stupid question, only ignorance is stupid, if they don't like it they should move on to a different question, it's that simple. I like good argument. I don't mind people beating me in an argument with facts, but there's nothing worse than somebody trying to win by calling you names or in this case trying to be funny or something.

no he should be commended it's funny, in a sad sort of way, and it didn't hurt you really, and it kept him from getting in to any real trouble. If you can't let it go, send it back in his question, you know his user name, cut ands paste
that goes for everyone, don't report, just don't read answers and questions you don't approve of. unless it's spam, report spam
