That's because the government has not found a way to tax drugs. If the government could get money from it, it would be legal.

Is that a question or just a silly statement?
You basically can't legally do anything that's illegal.
Just how do you get hold of illegal drugs?
The law doesn't stop you from smoking but it prevents you from causing distress, illness, or worse to any other person without their consent.
I don't think it's illegal to kill yourself or even to attempt suicide but there are many ways it can be done without breaking the law and without inflicting any more distress than the absolute minimum necessary to succeed.

ridiculous, what a silly statement, it is against the law to take illegal drugs thats why they are ILLEGAL! Also filling your body with drugs only physically damages yourself, smoking kills all others around you. I cannot wait until this ban comes into play, i only hope that they ban people smoking directly outside public places so i don have to walk past it.

As for those talking about the loss in taxes, we could solve that problem easy stop giving it all to illegal immigrants!

Get your facts straight before making statements that aren't even questions!

No-one is stopping you smoking - you just won't be able to do it in specified public places that's all.

Equally no-one is advocating the taking of illegal drugs (if they were the drugs wouldn't be illegal would they? It's kind of logical to anyone with half-a-brain cell)!

So your statement/non-question is factually inaccurate, and just serves to show your ignorance of current affairs.

that is why drugs are illegal.

You have no rights or protection laws. Take at own risk on as seen basis with no morals people who care about the cash they take from you than giving you a law regulated product. You die your fault they don't care.

As a matter of fact, you can do both but in reality, you are strongly advised to refrain from doing both - good for you and others around you!
