In a contest between Chili and Ukraine, the toilet would win.
In a contest between Chile and Ukraine, Ukraine would win. Ukraine could field 100 divisions to Chile's 7. Ukraine had a substantial nuclear arsenal, but has decided to become nuclear free by dismantling all of the nukes. If attacked, Ukraine could become a nuclear power again quite quickly. Ukraine has faced invasions from all sides for the last 1000 years (Mongols, Turks, Poles, Russians), most recently from Nazi Germany. Ukraine has a substantial military tradition that Chile lacks and thus enjoys both qualitative and quantitative advantages.
Although Ukrainians are very formidable defending their own territory, they have not historically waged wars of conquest. Chile would have to invade Ukraine and that would be very unwise for Chile.
The two countries are far apart, have no conflicts and share a common Christian heritage. Chile and Ukraine are more likely to be friends and allies than enemies in the future.

Hmm that is a tough one you have to take into account that Ukraine is far away from Chile and Chile is far awar from Ukraine. Then you weigh the navys of each versus the other one, also the manpower of each countrys military, then throw in the fact that I know relatively little about either country, I would say that it would be a tie based on the lack of knowledge I have.

Isn't Chili a food, or perhaps a mediocre restaurant chain?
But as for Chile and Ukraine - I'd call it a tie, as I doubt either one has the sort of navy to cross the ten of thousands of miles between them.
