I have to post this question to give ANTIS an understanding of why Mexicans or any other illegal immigrants immigrate to a country instead of fixing his own country.

Most immigrants with a High education or income will never come to USA, since this country is famous for the exploitation/harassment of minorities.

Poor and sometimes uneducated Mexicans do not have the means or the orientation/education to fight government, besides most of them only have the skills to get by on their own country.

Get by means: 1 gallon of milk, 2 gallons of gas (if they have a car), 1k of beans and maybe 1 kilo of meat. Per day since the avg. pay is about 7 to 10 US dollars PER DAY.

These same skills will make them about 5 to 15 dollars PER HOUR here in the USA.

Any way this is Mexican priorities. 1) God 2) Family 3) Country.

The very poor will save their family before their government. and They know they can not depend on their government to save their family like most of US

This would solve soooooo many problems.

I say take all the bums and put them in the U.S. Arms forces. It would get them off the street. It would whip them into shape, it would put money in their pocket, it would teach them how to go get a job after they are out.

Ohhhh wait..........but then who will wash my windshield. Well there are always some bad that comes with the good.

But, seriously I think it is the best idea ever. I am a Guiness (spelled wrong on purpose)

It's not perfect yet, but this is my first draft. It goes to the tune of the traditional anthem. Open to suggestions for a few parts.

Oh say why can't we see? Through the smogs dirty spite.
For the president we hail, like the nazis did Hitler.
Whose broad stripes and bright stars (Any suggestions?)
for the murder we watched, and Iraqi children on CNN screaming
And the white phospherus bright glare, as the scent of flesh fills the air
Gave proof to those rag heads, that the terrorists are the ones who actually care
Oh say does that star spangled banner (any suggestions)
o'er the land of the commies, and the home of the frayed.

Still working on the other verses.

There is a lot of furror over Keith Ellison's decision to use the Koran when he takes his oath of office. However, we have Jewish members of Congress... what do they use to swear their oath? When people testify in court do they always use a Bible? I'm sure Muslims have objected to that practice? Why is it more newsworthy that he's using it to take his oath in Congress? Wouldn't it be hypocritical of him to swear on a Bible? The book does not have the same meaning for him. Swearing on the Koran seems to imply that he takes the oath seriously, doesn't it?

My husband is in bootcamp and will be comming home for 2 weeks for Christmas. He wrote me and told me we may have some visitors comming back with him. I am not sure how I feel about having some strangers in my house for 2 weeks with my children. I understan those are his brothers but I am not sure if I would feel safe for myself and my children. Is this wrong that I feel weird for not opening my door to all of our soldiers?? Some one please help me out on this decision.

When discussing the cost of education and looking at statewide statistics of per pupil expenditures, is that an annual figure?

For example, say the District of Columbia's per pupil expenditures are $8,000. Is that for one student for their ENTIRE K-12 education or $8,000 a year to educate them from kindergarten through graduation?

my feelings are mostly, yes. I believe that if you break the law no matter what it is you should be punished for it. you should get 4 chances. the first is when your born before your first time in. after your firs offence it is rehab and education second is corrective punnishment, ie. community service and such, third time you are no longer fit to be a productive member of society, 4 life. others such as rape and murder should be no contest.
