Not unless you hold every Democrat leader who agreed with Bush about how bad Saddam was too. When the vote was given to OK action against Iraq. There weren't very many Democrats speaking out against such action. Let's prosecute them too.

What crime has Bush committed that Roosevelt and Truman didn't commit? Did the Democrats want them tried?

Yes, but never gonna happen. Read Noam Chomsky, he makes a case that every American president after world war 2 could be tried for war crimes. When you have a giant army and a lot of money, you are the law. Been going on since the dawn of man.

Have to agree with the others here. Bush may have had inaccurate intelligence about WMD's but he had the support of Congress to invade Iraq. Does that make all of them war criminals?
I may disagree totally with being in Iraq, the terrorists are in Afghanistan but Bush is no more guilty of war crimes than the people who voted him into power. Besides, who would be able to arrest him without being nuked by whoever replaces him?
