Everyone speaks now days about climate change, is their any wise guy out their who ,without any criticism ,can suggest a real solution for changing the political and social climate in Iraq,

Really simple: fight to win. Iran and Syria are helping the terrorists fight a propaganda war and they are winning. We also need to throw out the media. All they report is the 10% bad news. It is helping the enemy.
Force defeats evil. Negotiation buys them time to further plan attacks. They will not stop until they are dead.

Kill more Sunnis, LOTS more Sunnis, until they get the message that they are in the minority, are going to be in the minority, and are going to be treated like they are in the minority today, tomorrow, and forever more.
And keep on killing 'em until they've put down their arms, agreed to an income consistent with their percentage of the population, sent the jihadis back to the upper-middle class homes they've crawled out of, and, generally, agreed to behave themselves in a civilized fashion (THAT'LL be the day!).
Seriously (and I do mean the foregoing seriously, as well), the Sunnis are the heart of the problem in Iraq and why we don't just go back to erasing entire towns (a la Fallujah) is beyond me. A little (and I do mean a little, not a lot of) old-fashioned, Russian-style ethnic cleansing (of infrastructure, not people) would be a breath of fresh air in our campaign to get that nightmare up on its feet and functioning like a real country.
Remember this: the way out of Iraq will be found over a WHOLE LOT MORE dead Sunni bodies!

In order to have a winning side in a civil war,one side must either lose out-right or concede....unless your willing to take sides,take it HARD AND MEAN to the other side...establish a clear victor...and then do what you can to bolster up that governing body, theres NO way to reach victory in a civil war....So Pick ONE...Shia or Sunni..and let the bombs begin.....
