Do you have your priorities in line?

I have to post this question to give ANTIS an understanding of why Mexicans or any other illegal immigrants immigrate to a country instead of fixing his own country.

Most immigrants with a High education or income will never come to USA, since this country is famous for the exploitation/harassment of minorities.

Poor and sometimes uneducated Mexicans do not have the means or the orientation/education to fight government, besides most of them only have the skills to get by on their own country.

Get by means: 1 gallon of milk, 2 gallons of gas (if they have a car), 1k of beans and maybe 1 kilo of meat. Per day since the avg. pay is about 7 to 10 US dollars PER DAY.

These same skills will make them about 5 to 15 dollars PER HOUR here in the USA.


Any way this is Mexican priorities. 1) God 2) Family 3) Country.

The very poor will save their family before their government. and They know they can not depend on their government to save their family like most of US

I have tried several ways to make ANTIS understand illegal immigrants and I am not talking about accepting illegal immigration.

I am not talking about opening our borders but understanding immigrants and stoping the abuse which I believe is racial motivated. Besides, all the terrorist are entering trhough the canadian borders and you do not see any minuteman over there, do you?

If I get the title of your question correctly, you are questioning the values of the anti-illegal group. I'm going to go further and presume that you are saying that the illegals have their priorities in line because they are protecting their family. So then if the Anti's don't understand or don't care, then they don't have their priorities in line. Is that what you mean to say?

If that is what you are trying to say, then I think you are committing the common mistake that many of the "educated" classes among Latino immigrants commit. You have not learned cultural relativity. It is difficult if not impossible for a person who comes from a ruling class in a single-culture country to broaden their perspective and allow for other value systems.

You are trying to measure a person's actions against your cultural value system. The US has a different value system. We value honesty and integrity above many things, possibly even family. So if you try to tell an American that it is OK to ignore honesty (by using fraudulent documents) and integrity (by knowingly violating the law) as long as someone is protecting their family, you will get nowhere. You will convince no one. As long as illegal aliens are violating OUR highest values, they will get little or no sympathy for following their own.

I lived in El Paso many years ago.From the highway along the Rio Grand,between Juarez and El Paso you could see the Juarez city dump.In that dump there were entire family's living in houses make of cardboard.Family's that ate from the garbage that was delivered to that dump .
No running water ,no sewer. It was horrendous conditions that people had to live.Not chose but had to live.When ever we would go to Juarez we would make sure we had a pocket full of dollar bills to give to the children that would swarm over us when we crossed the bridge.We always walked across because we didn't feel safe driving our car since at that time there were many car jacking.You must understand I do know the conditions that many Mexican family's live under.I am not heartless.And yes I know why the majority come to the US illegally.What I cant understand is why the Mexicans with great wealth don't help Mexico's poorest people.We made a friend of a man that worked in a store there .After talking to him we found out that he made $20. a week and on that he supported 7 people.His wife,himself ,his mother and father ,her father and 2 children.We started bringing clothing items etc and toys for the children each time we came,we made sure they had grocery's and gave him extra money.We were able to help him and his family come to the USA legally.He became a US citizen 2 years ago.He has a good job and is buying his own home .All the parents passed away so its just the 4 of them now.We are friends and we talk often on the phone,he is
a good man with a great family.He has insisted on paying us back every penny we spent for his legality.
But he chose to wait to come legally,he said he thought many times about running the border but he said he didn't want to do it that way.
So you see I do know why they come I do know what is going on in Mexico.But I want to ask you why don't the wealthy Mexicans help their fellow Mexicans?
It still doesnt change the simple fact that its illegal.
And not all illegals come with good intentions,they are not saints they are all different human beings,with the same
human goodness or badness.Mexico MUST be changed It must become a nation that its people can live in abd
live a good honest life.Amnesty is not an answer ,all it would do is cause more problems.Im not without feelings but I must think of this nation first.

The more we accept, the worse America gets. Soon we'll be in the same boat as Mexico... and then who will let us jump their borders?
The point is, America cannot save EVERY poor person in the world. Besides, EVERY country protects their borders. Why shouldn't America?


Okay then, let me add to it. I UNDERSTAND them and why they do it. When I was teenager, some of my first jobs were through a temporary employment agency. I worked with A LOT of them, and I talked to the one's that knew English. I've heard almost every sob story and justification. America has been happily helping and turning a blind eye to ILLEGAL immigrants for the past... how many years? Now it is out of hand. I feel bad for them, but as I said, America just simply cannot take care of every countries poor population. It's starting to have a negative impact on the citizens and public services. No matter how sad their story, it's just not feasible.

All illegal immigrants are not the same. It would be easier to accept that some of them come here for the reasons you claim if you would just see that some others do not. They are not all the same even when they come from the same family. Some come for work and some come to exploit. Either way we have too many illegal immigrants in this country and it is hurting our citizens' chances for a decent life.

Could you please remove the board from your eye so that you can see well enough to help us remove the splinters from ours? Thank you.

It really is not the average illegal immigrant that bothers me. It is that it is so easy for our enemies to come in without detection. I mean think about it. How hard would it be to find some terrorist who decides to enter through Mexico or Canada for that matter? As far as poor Mexicans trying to feed cloth and shelter their families I'm all for it. Maybe we should make it easier to enter legally but in this day and age we have to have some kind of security in place to keep out terrorist.

I dont care why they come here, the fact is they broke the law. I cant rob a bank because I need money to buy food. So why should they be allowed to break our laws. Do it legal and there is no problem.

Ok but this still does not tell us why they can not stay, band togather, and stand up to the Mexican govnernment. You say God is first, then you come here and break laws, I can not wait to hear what God thinks of that. ( I can't see God saying its ok to break laws )

Do not care why the illegal alien invader rejects come to the USA
Do not care if their paid low wages in home country
Do not care that they are too cowardly to improve their corrupt government
Only want them all deported to where ever they came from
I want the employers of the invaders fined and jailed
I want a complete wall with gun towers
