I don't think it is a given, but I do believe that the chances of her running are very high. She ran the most expensive Senate campaign of the country, spending over $30 million, even though she won by a humongous percentage. I cannot believe that this fundraising and spending did not have something to do with establishing herself firmly with voters. She has also visited Iowa many times, a political battleground for the Democratic primary. It is thus my opinion that she will indeed run.

Is implied and rumored that she might run. Clinton has a lot of money and is taking a moderate stance on the issues. This is done by every potential democrat candidate to gain red states. She has been coy on whether she will run or not. I think she wants to run but she could change her mind depending on the political mood. Don't forget she has a rival in Obama if he runs and she might not run after all.

To answer your question: No, it is not a given. There is a lot of buzz out there on the news net works that she will be a likely canditate in 2008, but she has not officially announced her candidacy yet.

N O!!! I would not vote for her, because she carries too much baggage due to the Whitewater mess in Arkansas
which has something to do with some real-estate dealings
when her husband was Governot of that state and several other dealings while her husband was President.
