Is going down a the toilet, and all we seem to do is moan about it.
Where are all the protesters, the marches (like the poll tax marches, when we defeated the goverment)

Great Britain is no longer a GREAT country, We cannot say anything without being called RACIST!!!!!!!!

They want to ban everything to do with christmas, ban the union jack, anything BRITISH!!!!

I travel for living and let me tell you my fellow Canadians, if you think for moment that American Hotels are waving Canadian flags, then think again!!!!!

I complained to Rodd Resorts last night and made it clear I would not stay there as long as they kept it up "as a hospitality service to our American Neighbors"! FUCKTHAT ****!!!!!!!

Why do we continue to make it easy for a nation filled with self-centered assholes who think we have know nothing. If I see one more American flag that's not on American property here in Canada, I'm going to burn the friggin thing and post it on YOUTUBE!!!! I've had enough of these people to taking my country and its natural resources for granted!!! God knows 'Little Bush' (Harper) is just fueling the fire ... I hate him!

I am being treated by an Dr for acupuncture. He recently went to China for a seminar and consulted with an Dr regarding my treatment. On my next visit to him he charged me an additional $100 for the consultation. I was not told or asked if I wanted him to do this. Is this legal, or even common practice with doctors?

Forgive my ignorance of US law - I'm British.

A friend of mine has been granted probation and been given $1600 in fines - this I know from the court website. She was previously remanded.

Probation was granted today - does that mean she is released from custody or is it different in the US?

Is is illegal? does it go against public order?

This company is going after my friend for breach of contract,
but the reason for breaching, was because the company made her to write fake resumes in order to 'market' her out in the projects.

I want to know if she can get out of this mess when it comes to the court.

This October I put a down payment of or $1000.00 ( $800 towards payment of the dog and $250 as a deposit). We were told to put a deposit because these dogs sell out very quickly.We had to wait till November to get the dog cause it was to young to leave her mother.
At the time of payment I NEVER RECEIVED A RECEIPT OR SIGNED ANY CONTRACT.They said they would mail a contract/receipt at a later date cause their printer was down.

In late October I lost my job and had to pay off some bills. We decided to hold off on the dog and get the full $1000.00 back to help pay the house payment, etc...

I have contacted the sellers twice and both times they have given me the runaround. First saying that they would contact me at a later date to talk about refunding my money. The second time we spoke they stated that they might return my money.

Should I give them a deadline to return my money? And if the deadline passes should I look to legal counsel?

Any advice would appreciated, Thanks

My a$$ they didnt. They took out the super power of the world w/ a bunch of farmers. Im sick of you damn Brits still being sore and trying to start sh*t (Not all of you obviusly but the few that are). Yeah we had the French help a little but the British were having the Indians trying to raid the whole west side of America throughout the war. Someone also said recently said America had 2 regiments from Canada come down and help but I thought that was kind of interestig seeing that they were officially under control of the Ruler of England into the 1800s.
That one guy had no idea what he was talking about. Hes PO'd that abunch of farmers kicked his great great grandpas @ss, and im sick of it. You think that they might be grateful after WWII. Sure they had a fairly big part in it; but they cant honestly say w/o the US they wouldnt be speaking Deutshe. We slaughtered them then, again in the 1800s, and saved them in the 1900s. Why are they trying to talk shi*t now?
