I know this person is not who they say they are and might possible being scamming people out of money. what do i do?

Report the person to the FBI. If you know a crime is being committed, you have a civic duty to report it.

While the FBI is involved in FEDERAL cases and this may apply, you might try contacting your local city police deparment first and file a police report there. If the scammers are involved in regulated industry that is under license or permit by the State you live in, then contacting the agency who issues the permits would be good. Go to the consumer affairs department for your state online and see if they have online complaint forms. Contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce would be good for added ideas of what to do.

If they are a professional, report them to Advocate Web. If they are just a scam artist, call the police.
