I know he can't be charged for murder again (double jeopardy) BUT could he be charged with obstruction of justice if new evidence is brought forth by this stupid interview that he's doing? Hypathetically saying how he'd kill his wife and her lover, this guy is dirt.................

Yeah, he owes them all that money but has YET to pay them one cent.

Pop D - Quit bagging on fox news. The interview has already been done and Fox news were the only ones to buy the rights to it. So it's not like it was their idea, they're just the only ones that have enough balls to show it, and show OJ for the slime that he is.

As long as he says that everything in his book is hypothetical, they can't consider it new evidence or an admission.

This is just the great Fox News, the same people who put out the propaganda for the conservitive religious right Republicans trying to capitalize on making more money. Murdock owns both the publishing company and the TV operations promoting the interview of OJ. He is not under any threat of being charged with murder again. He'll just make loads of money and so will FOX News, the station of so called family values and Republican propaganda.

I don't think so - the statute of limitations has probably run out for obstruction, or any of the other little crimes that he was never charged with.
He is a money grubbing attention-ho, and I think that anyone who buys his book should be slapped.
If there was anyone out there who wasn't sure if he committed the crime, they must surely be convinced by now. When OJ was acquitted, he made a statement in which he said he was going to continue his search for Nicole's killer. Well, I guess he is now saying that he finally found Nicole's killer. In the mirror.

I hope so. This guy is unbelievable! How does he get away with the stuff he does? He hasn't paid the Goldman's one cent of the judgement ordering him to pay. And now he's hinting that he could have done it. His kids should be so proud of their daddy. He should be in jail!

O.J Simpson's book makes as much sense as Michael Jackson say I did not molest kid but if I did this is where I touched them. Or Bill Clinton's says I smoke but I didn't inhale or I didn't not have sex with that woman who's going to believe much less buy it not me

He's only in this deal for the buck. Remember..he's still paying The Goldman Family 30 million dollars for wrongful death.

Don't we wish...

If he happened to get 'offed' somehow outside the judicial system, that would be a plus.

He can't be charged, period.

Unless, maybe... someone can pull taking him to federal court...
