I do not understand how all these people who would never fight for freedom, and yet enjoy the freedom, that is bought by our soldiers, are even able to vote and not serve our country. I'm sick and tired of my loved ones not being able to spend more time at home. It just doesn't seem to be balanced at all.

Any ideas what was in the convoy heading west down the M4 toward Bristol this morning - had a huge police escort, appeared to be armed with a large blue truck with blue strobes on it..

I work next door to a Federal Court House. There are men in dark suits that sit in the foyer area of the court house all the time. I see them everyday because they are housed with the Post Office. Are these guys Federal Marshals? What do they do? I know they carry weapons because I have seen them. Just wondered what their job description would be.

Some cities and states are passing measures to legalize possession of a small amount of pot.

However, selling it is still illegal.

How does that make sense legally? Is it a case of government hypocrisy?

I mean, seriously, should a PhD in Political Science or an Economist not be given more voting rights than some moron from Arkansas(or wherever) who gets his ideology from Air America or Savage Nation?

I mean, with few exceptions, people who are wealthier, more educated and of a higher social class got that way through hard work and intelligence.\
It just makes sense to have THEIR votes count for more than those of the "Great Unwashed"
Screw one person, one vote, look where it got you: trillions of dollars in debt and 3000 dead kids in some shithole 5000 miles away for some Texas hick's delusions of Empire.
Obviously there are too many idiots with their hands on the voting poll..

Find 3 public order crimes and discuss whether or not we should prosecute and punish these offenders and why this is your belief?

(be sure to explain this for each of the 3 crimes chosen)

((Public order crimes >>term consensual crime, victimless vice, crimes without victims, or victimless crime)).

Given that Brown is absolutely addicted to high taxes and the latest loony on the block - Miliband seems to be of the same ilk.

I'm so tired of hearing that it is a gateway drug. Isn't alcohol too. Also the biggest problem with it being gateway is that people try it and see the aren't psychotic and then they don't believe the other drugs are as bad as people say so they give them a go. On one of those news shows where people call in, I learned that Washington DC citizens voted 69% in favor of legalazation and then congress said no. I guess that they feel we are all morons and need to be protected from ourselves. You know Give me saftey or give me death.

When in a trademark dilution case, you dont have to prove likelihood of confusion, but then again isn't that almost what trademark dilution is? For example, the case of toy "r" us and adults "r" us.....that is trademark dilution and likelihood of confusion....is it not?
