How about just a man inside a box. He's safe inside, but has no freedom to move.

I would borrow a cute baby or toddler with a luv for their blanket or a teddy bear might work.... I would just let the hand of an unknown be "taking" the blanket and capture that look on baby's face when in danger of losing their idea of "protection" and "security"
Or perhaps a picture of a bride and groom giving up "freedom" with a smile....
This was very thought provoking...

why not try a white canvas,with all the freedoms you have lost written on it,you will end up with a picture of a blank canvas.
