what would you do if a group of forigners attack your country,take it over,destroy your house,rape you,kill your parents,abuse your children,insult your beliefs and call you a terrorist for protecting yourself in your own homeland as well?will you sit on your hands and do nothing?and watch them stealling your oil and gold? If you try to get rid of them and you blow one of them up does it mean you're a terrorist or your religion is the religion of war and is full of violence?If so why they were not any before they attack you?what else would you do if you were in such a terrible situation?

I have already signed a contract with my lawyer who has agreed to take my case, although every time I call his office he is never there. I have left several messages with his personal secretary and he has not even made an attempt to call me. I am not sure if he was a good choice to hire, I need advice and he is not there to give it to me!
Question: Is there any law that requires a lawyer to contact there client to inform them of the process of their case? Also does my contract tie me into this lawyer when he has never even talked to me and I am not sure if he is even working on my case?

Does it make any sense? Many Americans bash Islamic culture for their lack of freedom. However, at the same time the leaders of America are taking away all our freedoms. For example, they ban smoking in many places, ban protesting in many places and ban internet gambling. At this rate, in a few years American women will be forced to cover their faces with veils. What is your reasoning for this Islam bashers?

I used my credit/debit card to pay for a service about 6 months ago, and didn't realize it was a scam and is actually a free service untill today. I would like to know if it's too late to dispute the charges with my CC company or bank to have my money refunded. Please let me know what I can do, if anything.

When the nations of the west were exploring and expanding their empires, they drew borders and created other nations, often favoring an inferior sector of the native population(race, religion, etc). At the time I'm sure it was logical for the borders to be drawn as they were. But today, in the face of so many regional conflicts, they seem highly illogical and may have much to do with a good deal of violence in the world. I have not heard any major news program address this issue. Nor have I heard anything from the UN about this.

Just for the record, it does say in the bible that God knew us before we were even born so obviously that would be before we ever took our first "breath" of air here on Earth.

Also, unborn babies are totally innocent and deserve a chance at life just as much as we did, even more so because they are so pure and innocent.
