does anybody know anything about thee passport of state of sabotage in vienna austria.?

is it recognised by any country and since its in vienna does it need visa to move around in europe.

It is not a legitimate, recoginzed passport. It is either, depending on your view, a fantasy passport, or an art /public awareness project.

Except for some eastern bloc countries you can go almost
everywhere in Europe without a visa.
