If the U.N is so concerned about the proliferation of nuclear weapons, why has no action been taken against countries already possessing them and not disarming? Is it a sense of timing? Why is it ok for America to own or make nuclear weapons 30, or 50 years old while Korea can't do it today?

Where should we draw the line? Not saying that nucelar weapons or the prospect of nuclear war is good, but sohuld the UN take an equalling active role in nuclear nations as well as those creating weapons?

My friend has to have hip replacement sugery in December. Her boss was informed early last month. He has said that as of the day of her leave for the sugery she no longer has a job. Would she be able to get unemployment in the state of Illinois from the date of fire till she gets another job?

Clinton has been out of office for years now. A president should take responsibility for things that happen on his watch, why does Bush always blame things on Clinton? It's irrrelevant to what's going on now, despite what his followers would have you believe.

Asians,Hispanics, East Indians,and even black people don't seem to be bothered by their prejudices.
I've been to black neighborhoods and heared Asians called "slant eyed M.F.s.",and white men called "white boys", and "Honkeys".Also they use the N word more than anyone else.

Do u feel safe because he is our leader? Do u think he tries to put fear in our hearts so we can believe he can protect us?
why have a lot of ppl have died sice he became president? why does congress let that happen? do u think we will loss our freedom because of all that has happend?
i can't judge him because i really really don't know the truth, but i hate war, and it sucks that lots of ppl have died.

I am a 13 year old Atheist and my parents are christian, they are trying to make me go to thier church but I don't want to because if I go I feel they are trying to make me a christian conformist. The choice is to have unprotected sex or not. She makes the choice to have unprotected sex and take her turn at the roullete wheel to see if she gets pregnant or not. Then, oh my, she loses the gamble and she's pregnant and suddenly she requires choices. Isn't the choice not to commit the act that causes the pregnancy? I mean, are they all stupid or unable to make mature decisions for their bodies in the first place?

I read a book a few years ago by David P. Schippers and in it theres all kinds of documents to back up Bill Clinton pushing thru thousands of Mexicans without background checks and so forth, including official white house documents from Clinton and Gore. It was all done to swing votes in their favor for 2000. Any body hear about this?

I am asking this question on my friend's behalf who is too afraid to ask on yahoo answers. Basically, he fell in love with this 'callgirl' he met. So what he did was go online and try to create an account for her on Nextel so he can see who she calls etc which is a very bad case of stalkish behavior which he regrets now because he doesnt love her anymore.
The redeeming fact is that when you try to create an account, they ask for account number which he did not have so thankfully he could not see any of her info ANYWAY!!
1) He just wants to know if he can close the account completely or just let it be as no one is going to use it anyway? He says the hooker doesnt have a computer.
2) Should he call Nextel and inform them to close the account - again which is only half-created with mainly his email? Or will he get in trouble if he calls them?
Anyone please answer this - what is the best thing to do in this situation. He wants to stay legal.
