Since George Bush and Dick Cheney figured out how to make money for themselves by promising to rebuild the country of Iraq to protect THEIR interests in the oil fields. Also, Cheney has made ridiculous amounts of money by securing contracts for things that were not bid upon. Companies did not bid on contracts in the usual way for the jobs. The jobs were given to friends of the Bushs & Cheneys. Now they think they can conquer the world. They want to push their ideologies on others, plain and simple. Bush thinks he's right about everything.

Since the GOP thought that World Domination would be a nice touch to their reign.
If Bush could only mind his business and worry about the issues here in the US, then he may be better received.
But Bush's agenda is shoving his hegemonic ethno-centric culturel on other countries.
It's a shame that his invasion did not go as planned, he didn't count on the primitive mid-east who don't have the best technology in weapons to take such a stand and fight back. No I believe big nosed Bush thought it would be cakewalk!

it's not, but this government has a philosophy that is : They have to convert the government into a democracy in order for this country to be safer from terrorists. Beats me why they think this way, like the citizens of those countries are any nicer than their leaders!!!

It's not. Otherwise we would do something about the racist, sexist, monarchies that violate human rights in countries like Saudi Arabia. We are just interested in assuring that the oil keeps flowing and in protecting Israel.
