The UN presently has internatinal "peacekeepers", not it's own army.

A powerful UN can deal with nations like North Korea, and back it with REAL military power.

A strong UN, with a strong leader. A United Nations Army with about 5 million men....would save American lives. Would deal with international threats, and rogue nations. THEN WE WILL HAVE PEACE.

What do you think?

Who would be willing (if put to a vote) to grant amnesty to illegal immigrants, but only to the illegal immigrants that fit this criteria: Have never received any type of welfare (excluding EMERGENCY health care), and have worked since their arrival and have never broken any other law.

They would be fined for breaking the law (by entering illegally), have to pay any unpaid taxes then would be granted amnesty and legal status.

Everyone not fitting this description would be shipped back to their country of origin.

Who would vote for this?

As a kid I thought he was alright... but later come to find out...

The California Governor has done nothing but lie and help himself to state funds and pass lame laws for his Rich Friends. (The same people who helped elect him and also with the backing of mostly Republians, who are trying to amend the Constitution so he can become President.)

He is a known steroid abuser & sexual harasser. Arnold has made racist comments about Blacks and Latinos.

Arnold mentioned he admires Hilter. He also backed the Nazi War criminal Kurt Waldheim in 1986.

There's much more, you can go on and on...

Don't let his fame and smiling face fool you.

Please research him to unmask this fraud.

HE MUST NOT BECOME A FUTURE US PRESIDENT!!!!!!!!

I suppose if its all he did all day was go around smacking azzes, or doing whoever he had a mind too, in the oval office, smoking his favorite "cigars", looking into gay rights, letting Laura help him run the Country, allow terrorists to get away with blowing up buildings, Embassies, ships....he would be respected by the "lefties" and whoever else has so much expression of negativity.

All I gotta say is, What a sad bunch, you all are!!

Can a person of average intelligence become a special ops soldier? Or do they have to be like highly intelligent gifted type people? If you are a special ops soldier do you enjoy it and is it everything you thought it would be? Im extremely interested in it, but i dont really know if i have what it takes. I dont know if im smart enough. I only scored a 70 on my ASVAB. Does anyone have any suggestions on what i should do exactly to prepare?
And by special ops i mean Army Special Forces. Navy SEAL. Marine RECON (force recon) Ranger, delta etc.

Since 9-11, Bush has urged Congress to roll back on basic privacy laws, in the guise of better monitoring suspected terrorist activities. But could this rationalization also permit wire-tapping and surveillance of rival political parties, ala Watergate back in 1974?

History has a way of repeating itself.............hmm.

What have you done to contribute to making the world better?

I don't know if I want to say, "Oh, the media's not covering it," or if I want to say, "Political wonks like O'Reilly pooh-pooh the agenda" or if I want to say, "People aren't looking," or whether it's some combination of the three. Maybe it's something else I haven't even considered.

The Democratic Party has a platform, and has a plan for making changes they think are necessary to make in the next congressional session. It's not hard to find if you just go to their homepage (but I'll provide a link for the lazy):

http://democrats.org/agenda.html

But my question is this: The above document/plan. Did you know it existed? Had you heard about it? Whether or not you agree or disagree with the Dems' stances, do you think they've done a good enough job of letting people know their position? What more could the Dems do to make it clear that they have a unified plan? Should they get out and work the media more?

BTW: I'm just a concerned (irritated?) dem, not a party operative.
