No, he isn't really the devil. But he certainly is a cowboy. He thinks he and he alone owns America. He thinks he has all the answers. He second-guesses the Constitution all the time, does whatever he feels like doing just because he's the President and America was attacked on his watch, and manages to come up smelling like a rose because he has enough powerful friends in high places. That, and people who are willing to tolerate his policies as long as they don't backfire.

Lets get something clear here .Bush is not a devil ,infact none exists .He is the product of his up-bringing and is totally convinced he is correct in what he is doing .
It is not his fault he can not relate to people that are below his social and economic position .
He clearly believes in his economics and his position on war and the spread of democracy .
He believes that democracy is the way to try enlightenment and that it will free people from oppresion .
He is a mere mortal flawed more then most and for the time being we must endure his tenure as president .
