Should the 1st amendment be changed to read "freedom of religion and occupation"?

What do you mean? If it said freedom of religion and occupation, I could say that I am a drug dealer and it is my constitutional right to be a drug dealer. What about if I make my occupation to be selling nuclear secrets to North Korea?
