I requested a pardon acouple years ago from North Carolina, to which it was turned down without any explanation of why. It was appox 18 years, 2 wives, and 3 children ago. I have completely turned my life around, and have been a private investigator with my own agency for most of that time. But with the new requirements regarding convited felons, my investigator and agency license will not be renewed, and i may not be able to haul hazmat with my CDL as well. So if the state won't grant me a pardon, is there another avenue i can take to get a pardon?

Many liberals that I know (including myself) are open to ideas even if they do come from the neocons. At least we listen and not just bash everyone’s ideas like so many republican supports on here and on the radio (Rush Limbaugh) seem to do.

What is it? Do you not value other opinions that happen to differ from yours?

VOTE, or stop bitching, you no longer have the right. I stood in line behind obvious illegals obtaining their DL, so I could register to vote. They were so obvious that my wife talked me out of making known to the rest of the room. This whole thing is totaly rediculous! The USA could possibly fall to this single issue. The War in Iraq is second to this issue. We are under invasion right here at home. Soldiers over seas thought that they would look foward to comming home so they could fight the war on the border until they found out they could not be armed and that they would take a considerable pay cut!

North Korea has missiles capable of striking Alaska, and perhaps soon our whole West Coast. Our real enemy is on the Korean Penisula, not in the Middle East. Bush and his administration our incompetent. We lose sight of this at our own peril.
