which offends me, and the rest of Joe Public, then what is the moral objection of the 'criminal class' against this provides them with a desire to seek what they conceive as 'their just deserts'?
This 'moral theory' makes them no better that 'terrorists' who are just as indiscriminate of the effects their actions have on society as a whole.
If you cannot argue points or a case without threats, then you have already lost and can expect to have society want its just deserves - which, with growing frequency, it does not get these days.
