It appears that the Dems are arranging a war against Fox News as Barbara Boxer now has joined the criticism. This will be a failed tactic by the Dems as most reasonable people view Fox as a right-leaning but fair news network. The other networks are all left leaning networks who are not fair and who deny they are left leaning. Only the radical Dems will join this battle. Poor strategy.

I am thinking about doing ROTC when I go to college next year. I have heard that ROTC graduates have some degree of selection as to what officer job they get. For instance, if you ask to be put in intelligence, they would strongly consider (though they wouldn't commit,. of course) putting you there. Is this true? Are there any ROTC graduates here who didn't get one of their first choices?

Why do some, very few I do understand, black Americans feel that reparations is the right thing? No one has been enslaved today in America. If anything the black leaders have made things worse. Should I force the English for reparations for what has happened to the Irish, no.

It is a pass issue. Yes the legacy of the past still hangs around today but you cannot fix that problem by forcing other people who had nothing to do with it to pay you. I am referring those who actually believe in the very racist idea of reparations.

Hate is hate. It is wrong no matter who it is against. Stop hating and learn to overcome the past.

If you get to place yourself with salvery fighters and other "liberals" of the past them we get to put you with the racist evil democrats of the past. You cannot pick and choose what parts of your past you are going to embrace. All democrats are racist bigots.

People tell me I don't have to like the president, but I have to respect the office he holds, and I'm just wondering if the same people who claim that, respected that same office when Clinton held it? Or maybe Clinton didn't need help with people supporting him?

The bitterness from the far Right feild is a spectacle to behold this election year.I want to hear from a few strong, fighting Dems not having this kind of crap:

Buffman31:
on a beatiful sunny day the libs would blame Bush for the sunlight in their eyes. If it was cloudy, they would blame Bush for polution. If it was rainy and thunderstorming, they would blame Bush for making a deal with God.
If it was raining terrorists, they would thank him

The "libs" would thank Gawd for it raining terrorists? wtf.
I dont know about you,but between Rush Limbaugh's medicine cabinet and right-wing conformists making the above statements
its apparant that rabbid drug use sound like the domain of the Far Out Reicht,or Far Out Right.

Maybe the Right wants terrorists to blow up any non-Republican Americans, you know, the 72% MAJORITY of adults over 18 who didnt vote for our Divider in Cheif in 2004.
(28% of Adults over 18 voted for Bush in 2004).

That is exactly what Slick Willy and Hillary Clinton do professionally and politically ... they make any lie appear to be true up until Sunday night on Fox News !

That Silver tongued Devil, finger wagging, womanizing scoundrel, Slick Willy Clinton is only surpassed by Jimmy Carter who daily struggles with his "Dementia" and the DNC Court Jester Dr. Howard "The Buffoon" Dean! Can you believe he is a physician??!!

"I did not have sex with that woman" Clinton did it again in front of the whole world last night on FOX News and got caught in the act of being himself . . . a 24 karat phony!

Anyone with two (2) fingers of sloping forehead after last nights interview can see the abject lack of character this man possesses!

He is worried about his "legacy". But what he STILL does ot realize and can not change even if he did, is that his legacy is set in shame!

Inserting cigars in the Vaginal opening of a young intern in the Oval Office is his legacy, no matter what he says!

and the opposing party fails to show up to fight the motion?

The motion is won and is signed by the Judge and becomes a new court order.
Can the other person OBJECT to this court order.
Or is their failure to appear pretty much a "to bad to sad situtation - you loose?" You should have came to court? What if they claim they never received notice of the court date?

** They love our liberals and talk just like them

I do not want them TORTURED - but they do not deseve special "rights", as they are not rational human beings.
