I was picked up for possesion of methamphetamine(less than a quarter gram) and was the passenger in a car. I was arrested and held in custody overnight. The case was dismissed for the owner of the vehicle but mine wasn't. They still want me to do jail time and pay a fine right after my court date. I know there will be a warrant out for my arrest in Meade County, SD. Will it follow me in Vegas?

Would you be willing to change your ways? OR do you just expect people to change to your way?

If all the restaurants served the same food and were the same inside and out I think it would be horrible. Same for people.

I'm looking for the proper terminology and opinions related to a social/governmental (?) condition I have recognized. Someone commits a crime, follows imposed processes and meets stipulations set forth for punishment. Eventually this person is left only with the financial aspect of the attonment. What I see happening more and more is normally law abiding citizens, who because of the nature of the crime have had (somtimes) rightfully restrictions imposed upon them are unable to meet the proscribed monitary obligation. This citizen then becomes a criminal NOT because of the actual CRIME but rather their inability to meet the imposed fines. Joe Citizen can become obligated for years and at the expense of affecting those he may be responsible for to the point of a lower standard of living. At what point does prosicution become persicution? What is in place to protect us from the nature of an unjust or unreasonable sentence? Does "appeal" apply to this condition?

1. Why are the majority of people who think this Latino?

2. Why is it supposedly an act of a bigot to not support an illegal act?

3. I came here with my family from Mexico legally, but unlike some I was raised to assimilate and take pride in my new country, by speaking its language and working to make it better, so why do people think just because of my background I should support open borders?

4. Why do people always bring up "but this country was founded on immigrants..." yeah, that was 200 years ago when we actually needed citizens, now this country is suffering massive wage cuts, tax increases, lower standard of living, more diseases like TB, larger classrooms, and higher crime due to illegal immigration, so your outdated reference is nonsense.

5. Why do people always bring up "This country was originally blahblah's then you stole it?" Look throughout history, most major countries were stolen! Stop living in the past and get a real argument.

At what point is this country, My Country, My Home going to get fed up with this Terrorist BULLsh** and stop fight each other and take a stand against ALL OF IT I don't care where your from I'd fight with you to protect our country.

More than half the time it's my own American people fight amonst each other the most. Why? Over an opinon of what a Politician said.

Well they have schools in the East to teach thier kids how to hate us, and I'm a proud American I don't need a school to learn Hate.

I'm not in the military or anything but sometimes I pray that I'm on the next plan a terrorist tries to hijack. It sounds like I'm just talking junk, but I will fight those ******* until there is no more breath left in my body and hopefully deter it.

I guess I'm just fired up, this isn't everyday life I'm talking about but I couldn't stand to see something else negative happen to us.

... or should we be self-satisfied thanks to mass media manipulation that consolidates us in the idea that the action of our government is fair?
In short: Are you ready to see our country invading Iran, to protect our accesses to oil, and to slow down the economic growth of China?...
This is simply a Machiavelic hypothesis
