I'm trying to find out what is typically involved in the "legal person" for a company. How long they work, what they do during a workday, what responsibilities do they have. Thanks in advance!

Or do they just go through the ropes just to close the case? Kind of like a white car salesman looking for a quick buck?

Don't people understand that we need secret military courts or else we'll never be able to convict these terrorists. All the information they gave us will be inadmissible in a normal court because we tortured it out of them. And without "heresay" being admissible their defense lawyers will tear us to shreds. And if we don't have to even show them the evidence against them we can just say it's really, really secret and then make stuff up.

Do you want these people convicted or not? And don't go throwing the Bill of Rights or the Geneva Convention or the Supreme Court in Bush's face - those things are for "enemies of freedom".

The shopping cart got ahold of a suitcase on the top shelf. When I spoke to the corporate office, they stated that they were waiting on the medical bill. I faxed that over to them. They waited for a month, when of course my insurance footed the bill for the emergency room. Now the company does not want to pay the full bill, they only want to reimburse the deductible. I guess my problem is that they waited a month, when my insurance paid the bill from my account, so they would only have to pay my out of pocket cost. Is that legal? It just does not seem fair or ethical.

I mean, Repubicans, You can say liberals are 'foolish' and whatever other hateful rants you go on about, but
I don't think one would dispute facts in biology, astronomy AND geology!
Some whaky conservatives really MUST think they are smart! Watch out scientists!

ANd will Anne Coulter's next book be about disputing the fossil record?

or do you think its slick talk to gain what he wants anyway I think there has been no need for clearity before his agenda so why is there this desperate need now before elections if only more important issues could get such a rush job in congress then we would be in a lot better place?

230 years after the event, what value has it in modern day America? Is it's message just history or is it a part of the fundamental building blocks of our country country. Are the things said in it legally a part of our government...at least in backing up the Constitution?

isn't it enough that men have allowed women to come out of the kitchen? i mean what more do you want, equal pay, equal jobs and equal rights on everything? men will always be better than women.

by the way, before i get my ***** cut off this is just a wind up question, i really do think we all should be equal regardless of color age or sex or religion.

You know I was debating this issue with one of my best friends, who happens to be Mexican, and he said, it would not be an issue if the majority of the illegal immigrants were from Canada or any other caucasion based country. Do you think this is true?

on your Xmas list, and you were Santa, would you "check your list twice" to see if he were naughty or nice?

If you concluded he was nice, would you give him an arsenal of weaponry if in his letter to you, that's what he wanted for Christmas?

Would you discriminate just because he were Muslim?

And, if you had his address on your reindeer route, would you report the address to Homeland Security Committee in the US?

Thanks for your serious consideration in this ethical question.

Islam is a worldly recognized religion, so why does Bush refer to muslims as being Islamic fascists? There are muslims all over the world who practice their faith without resorting to terrorism. They may not like some of the things America does, but they don't go around blowing up people, or airplanes. Not everyone who is of the muslim faith is a terrorist, and I feel the president should be more careful and have more respect for the muslim community.

My daughters father is paying child support and he is still filing her on his income tax every year. and i want to know if possible that i can get her social security number changed or what, so that he cant continue to file her for his benefit. I have contacted to IRS and they are saying that he cant because he needs to show prove of where she is staying and its against the law and he will get caught or auditted. Each year when i file her they always ask me to provide prove of where she is living. what can i do to prevent this from happening again?
