where were u on the night of blah blah blah
you have anyone that can prove ur whereabouts
you have any gas, store, etc. receipts that can prove where u were?
would u come in and do a polygraph, and dna testing.
would u come in for a line up (if there were any witnesses that saw the murder) if not the line up not happening..lol
get search warrants..dont tell the person get the warrant first then knock at the door and search the house, car whatever u can get a warrant for and search everything! lol

They start out advising suspect of his Miranada Rights. Then ask his or her name, date of birth, address, social security number...Then it moves to date of crime and whether the suspect has an alibi. Questions are asked in several different ways to try and trip up the person being questioned.

1.)Where were you on the (date goes here)?
2.)Can anyone support your alibi?
3.)How do you know the victim?
4.)Do you know why anyone would want to harm her?
5.)Are you willing to give us a DNA sample to confirm you were not at the scene of the crime?

That's all I've got...I watch all those CSI and FBI Files shows...
