And if not, why do republicans assume that every republican must be a christian?

And if there is a non-christian republican, how long do you think it will be before they realize that their party is against them and switch to another party?

Some seem to think there is a distinction. I can't really discern one at all.

I might not have been clear last time I asked this question. I'd like to know how long a Navy person is at sea, as defined by the time between first stepping on a ship and getting of from the ship onto another piece of land. I'm not interested in deployment rates. I want to know how many back-to-back days a typical soldior can expect to stay on a ship without getting off.

and so outrageously detrimental to the USA,how comes that such a major problem wasn't detected, put in proper perspective and taken care of sooner?Too busy?No way,the 'big problem' was home?Moral dilemmas?C'mon!
Unless you think of a few American administrations in a row as pathetic bunches of ignorant, antipatriotic fools permitting his own citizens to be taken advantages of and the economy to be spoiled

And all of a sudden this is such a big problem, threat, whatever

Ok, Miguel Cervantes wrote Don Quixote as a two part comedy in the period 1605-15.

Now in 2006 we have an administration fighting a war on terror...?
Is bush tilting at windmills?

PS... i am well aware of sept 11th and i am not a pinko comunist, i am just a little concearned that the currant administrartion seems to be led by a man who :

"...thought it expedient and necessary that he should commence knight-errant, and wander through the world, with his house and arms, in quest of adventure..."

Any how... give me your thoughts.

Thank you.

It seems that every stupid political commercial I see on television always has the politician saying "and I approved this message" Is that some sort of law or is that just some bandwagon they all decided to jump on?

Another answerer said this: "Killing people removes people from the community, which disrupts community services, hinders community functionality and reduces community resources. And if you kill too many people, the community will cease to exist."

That is the only reason it is wrong to kill people, according to this person. There is nothing about the absolute worth of the individual there. This person believes that an individual only has value in proportion to their contribution to some community. This person does not believe in individual worth, and by implication, individual rights or the implicit value of the individual. It is all about the hive.

So for someone who thinks that way, I suppose it is only natural for them to favor abortion. Individual life is meaningless. It only has meaning within the context of some kind of barbed-wire, Berlin-walled community. If you are of no value to the community, then you have no value, like a broken egg for your omelette.

An example is when I was watching the Olympic ceremony few years ago U.S. team was the only country that started ranting and finger gesturing (#1) in front of the camera when all other nations were walking together side by side and waving to the fans. Isn't that the sign of arrogance and lack of respect of the Americans? Isn't that the attitude which spills to other areas why we are hated by most nations now?

I am revolted by George Bush and his cronies. Maybe you are on his payroll and you cannot see how you are selling your freedoms so cheaply! The American Indians sold their freedom for beads, you sell yours for a big SUV and a house you will never own, courtesy of presidential order 11004, wake up, the machine is going to grind you to bits; and that administration is NOT for freedom!

It is glaringly apparent that freedom of speech only goes one way in this country and in the present political climate. If we did have free speech, certainly Nick Griffin could not have been prosecuted simply for expressing his views to other like minded individuals behind closed doors at a private meeting. This case should have sounded warning bells to all that value freedom That it did not, simply illustrtates the fear that has been instilled upon people. More and more people are afraid to voice the truth as they see it. The fear of being labelled a racist or fascist is palpable but even if this fear is silencing people, it cannot change the way they think.

I pissed of this one lady somewhere by calling here a bunch of names, and she said she expects a public apology from me or else she'll sue me for libel. Is it possible to sue a 17 year old for that? Also, the website below may help answer the question. I'm tyrone70 and the lady who I annoy is Adrenalynn. Please look and help me out. If I can avoid apologizing to her, I will.

How many vacations days has Mr. Bush done while in his 2 terms of presidency? What is customary? What was Bush doing and where was he?

Anything would be helpful. Compare him to other presidents at the time of war and national disasters.

I don't know how many other countries have free speech, but we Americans do, and that includes us white girls. Certain people (mostly pro-illegal or pro-amnesty Mexicans) are blasting Americans, whites, women, etc. and I do occasionally speak out. And I don't expect everyone to agree with my opinions, but we should at least agree we have the right to speak them. Your thoughts.
