Whichever party is in power will seem more corrupt. Way would you pay off a congressman/woman if they had no power to do your will?

that's ridiculous. dems get caught way more but it is not beaten to death by the media. stats back that up. the media crucifies reps even when they aren't guilty of the charge ie; delay who is being prosecuted for something that wasn't illegal when commited. or libby being prosecuted for obstructing prosecution of a crime that didn't occur.
