I need to know what permits do I need, where to get a work permit, all that stuff... I just need to live somewhere else, try something new, and Spain sounds like a nice place to live... so Anyone know anything? I am a permanent resident in the states and as soon as my greencard expires I am flying to spain.

Tomorrow I have a debate at school and I am for female presidents. Does anyone have any good reasons that this country should have a female president? I have a few but not enough to win. Thanks

it's all there, in our Constitution, what it's used for and when to do it. All conditions are met, if they went after Clinton over a blue dress, how much more so than all the lies about Saddam being a threat or Al Queda connection

In a civil suit, a defendant failed to answer timely to the complaint in the 20 days period. he did not request for an extention of time or responding to the notice of default. After filing the motions, the court clerk still did not enter a default against that defendant, anyone knows why or what to do?

He's here on a work visa now but we plan on getting married soon. We just need to know HOW soon in order for him to be eligible for work. Also, how long does the process of him becoming a permanent resident take? I've heard both 3 and 4 years.

I miss the ocean. It's been a couple of years since I have been. There is something about the ocean. Something that keeps calling me back....like a lost love. Could anything be more beautiful? Could anything be more peaceful ? How could anyone deny that there is a God when you are facing such a creation? The sea has a world that is all it's own.

I am currently in my second year of college. I am married to a Marine who is currently in Iraq. I am going to college to get my degree, and then I want to become a USMC Officer after I graduate college. My question is, when is the best time to try and start having a family with my husband? School is very important to me, and if I had a baby during school, then I would have to miss quite a bit. But at the same time, being an Officer in the Marine Corps is very important as well, and that would be hard to have a child during that time too. My husband is open to having a baby whenever, but having a baby is a big responsibility! Any ideas? Sorry if this question sounds a little odd... And if you bash me about this question, it won't do you any good, so just spare us both..

Like if they legalized it in small amounts and people could buy it at stores and they regulated it, couldnt they take the defeceit down at all? or would that just be a dumb idea? i mean the way i see it, if they legalize a small amount like an eighth of an ounce, possesion charges would go way down, and if it was like alcohol people could use it just not in heavy amounts, and who knows addiction could possibly drop because the thrill of doing it illegally would no longer be there.

Has anyone ever applied to the FBI? If so how long did it take after you entered your online application for someone to contact you. Will they contact you regardless even if it is to let you know they don't want you?

I do not care for our president, I hate that we are at war, I hate that we may have been misled on Iraq, but ENOUGH! Why can't everyone focus on how we can successfully end this war and bring our troops home? What good is finger pointing about something that we cannot change?

So my question is, what will it take for you to look forward and stop blaming Bush, Clinton and even Jimmy Carter (yes, someone on here is blaming Carter)? Can you look forward or are you blinded by this political game that Congress and the media are playing?

Are the governments of the UK and the USA supreme in morals ? What about those of Holland, Belgium, France, Norway, Sweden, South Africa and virtually every other nation on earth ? Both nations have funded terrorism. Both have had (or have) an empire. The governments of the USA and the UK are in violation of treaty after treaty, internationally. Is it any wonder that they are described as the true terrorist states of our times ?

If we didn't have the same people running things year after year we might actually get some real legislation. It seems now that all they are interested in is staying in office. Of course they are not going to vote to enact term limits on themselves. Is there any other way to get this accomplished?
