It would have been better if the Democrats hadn't censored it.

Well it was interesting that it showed that Clinton Administration was was paying attention to Bin Laden and that the Millennium plot was foiled when Clinton was President, that republicans in Congress were mocking Clinton for taking actions against terrorism and that Condi Rice was full of crap when she said that "No one Could have imagined that people would hijack airplanes and fly them into buildings.

It remains to been seen tonight if they accurately portray the inattention of Bush Administration to terrorist threat before 9/11 and why it took them so long to scramble any aircraft to intercept the planes on 9/11.

I did find it enlightening.

I was particularly impressed with the time allocated to the female airport security screener, and her supervisor 'Jose' refusing one of the terrorists entry into the US, against the suggestions of a second supervisor who warned that they were "... supposed to be nice to Saudi's ... ". Jose's statement that his prior training helped him identify that the man seeking entry was a "... hitman". His dedication to performing his job well, in spite of concerns that he could lose his job, was refreshing, and to be emulated.

I was also enlightened by the role that the Afghan General seemed to play in the attempt by foreigners 'in the know' to wake the U.S. up before it was too late.

If any lesson is to be learned from this, or any portrayal of the events leading up to 9/11, it is that the sluggish, cumbersome nature of government must be streamlined to efficiency. Including a more open sharing of information, better communication, improved training, and a return by government to it's primary role of protection from foreign threats.

to repeat them."

After a weekend of 9/11 shows on History and Discovery I was 9/11'ed out. I watched The Family Guy.

To John S.: FYI, Clinton dispatched several cruise missles into Afghanistan terrorist training camps, one did land in Pakistan. It pissed off Pakistan because we didn't get their permision to use their airspace.

Would have been better if the Republicans hadn't hijacked the story to put the blame on anyone but them. It is sad so many lives were lost and they are still trying to use it for political advantage all these years later.

total trash posing as fact.. you can't make stuff up and treat it like history, and what people are-reacting too is not the subject matter or the treatment of the materials.. but rather that a fictionalized drama should not be panned off as fact ever..

with the Libs calling Bush a Nazi, the DEMs sure are acting like one trying to censor the "path to 9/11" and threatening to pull the license of the maker.

I guess they can't handle when someone actually put out something that does not align with their Bush hatred, huh?

Schmorgen- So it's only a lie if it's is about Dems right? Do you feel the same way about Fer. 9/11?
