I've had a bit of of experience of sending several parcel. I know that sending domesticated stamps (stamps within america) for envelopes are 39 cents...

I went to the usps.com site and they said that sending letters as far away as china costs 84 cents. I know that the usps have 84 cents stamps, but I was too lazy to go to the post office to get one. So instead I used two 39 cents stamps, and 1 37 stamp on the envelope. So yeah I'm wondering if those 3 stamps will actually work..

And yes I'm sending it to China because of ebay related businesses. I sent it last monday ago on the 28th, and I told the ebay seller to tell me when he got the envelope. In the back of my mind I'm worried that why shouldn't it reach within a week?

Please answer me if you know how the stamps

Also- what is your education level? I'm not asking so I can rag on people about their education- I don't believe education has much to do with general intelligence. I'm just curious to see if there is any correlation.

How seriously does the pentratary take when verifying whether someone is really common law to inmate? My friend's boyfriend is in for time and she would like to give him trailer visits. If she marks herself off as common law, in order to get these visits. Do they do a thorough investigation? Moreover, they dont take your social security number either to verify the information. Thus, would it cause futher implications when filing taxes for example?

The "undercover tactical unit" involved in the assault and TASERing of a 9/11 investigative journalist at his Chicago-area home was most likely an operation ordered by the Department of Homeland Security, according to a former high-ranking police official.

This is a revenue generator for the DHS. They sell the video to the Fox networks. Bad boys, whatcha gonna do...

Disclaimer: This isn't based on any experience I've been involved with, let alone my own direct life experience.

Is it appropriate for persons with close relations to someone believed to have committed a heinous crime, or convicted of said crime, to ask for forgiveness from the victim and those close to him?

Is it insensitive for persons so close to the person whom the victim and those with intimate relations to him might naturally be expected to hate and want to do harm to to try to speak in defense of the accused or guilty?

Feel free to differentiate between the statuses of guilt and presumed guilt.

Yes, an inference that I don't believe in this context it's usually appropriate to defend the supposed otherwise good character of the defendant to the alleged victim and ask him to forgive him, would be correct.

Even absent a conviction, I would be outraged if I had to go through this and then had the accused good points told to me.

Yet, I don't believe in revenge.

Not to say that the way the Black population was treated in America was right, but is it necessarily wrong to only want to interact specifically with people of the same nationality as you?
If segregation was a way of life, that is to say if communities and cities were zoned out to only a specific people per community, would immigration be as big a problem as it is?
If people do not want to tolerate people of other nationalities for whatever reason, is that a personal choice and not racism, or is being forced to live in way that makes you unhappy a violation of your rights as an American?

Another apparent lesson Bush took from his decades-long inability to control his appetites: since I couldn't trust myself, I can't trust anyone else, and therefore arrangements based on trust won't work. Bush's foreign policy schemes are based on the premise that you've got to exercise violent might in order to protect yourself. On the schoolyard, this is called bullying. On the world stage, it's called "might makes right" unilateralism, and it relies on constant warfare (or the threat thereof) for survival. Is this the kind of world we want our children to inherit?

What other care is there? Acupuncture? They can scam for some care because there is no way to trace thier income. Like my roomate got free surgery and care on his broken foot because He used my name as the owner of his apartment and said that he coudn't pay full rent...so you see...don't bs me..I know how it works. Clinic down the road from me. Line out the door every morning.....everybody speaking Spanish..get the picture

Apparently, our prisons are overcrowded and under-funded. With some of our services now coming from abroad, would it be more economical to have prisons built and run in, say, eastern or central Europe, for the housing of British criminals? Would it mean less overcrowding and associated problems? Would it deter some crime? Would this help our economy and that of the other countries involved? This does not refer to permanent deportation, just serving a sentence in a different country.
