I've had a bit of of experience of sending several parcel. I know that sending domesticated stamps (stamps within america) for envelopes are 39 cents...

I went to the usps.com site and they said that sending letters as far away as china costs 84 cents. I know that the usps have 84 cents stamps, but I was too lazy to go to the post office to get one. So instead I used two 39 cents stamps, and 1 37 stamp on the envelope. So yeah I'm wondering if those 3 stamps will actually work..

And yes I'm sending it to China because of ebay related businesses. I sent it last monday ago on the 28th, and I told the ebay seller to tell me when he got the envelope. In the back of my mind I'm worried that why shouldn't it reach within a week?

Please answer me if you know how the stamps

It will go just as fast as it would if you had put 84c on it. You gave the Postal Service a little present by overpaying, but sometimes the convenience is worth it. For ANY postal rate, you can use any combination of stamps, new or old, that add up to at least the correct amount.

no longer something to renounce you sending stamps with the help of submit - it happens all the time. The submit workplace in no way ask what's in a packet except it is going in another united states, whilst there are customs declarations which must be filed in (or in the event that they hear a ticking noise, or white powder is leaking out).

As long as it adds up to 84 cents or better the postal service will deliver it.

You paid enough postage! Foreign parcel may be stopped for a week if they are chosen for scrutiny.

You can put more than the correct postage on if you are that lazy, but don't put less or it won't get delivered...
