after I get through with AIT and get stationed at my first duty, what is the clue to being prepare? I have a family of 4. what should I expect? how is the living, schooling, wifes ability to find a job as a nurse? is there a curfew? what is you most\least favorite experience about what I am about to go through with my family? what are the posibilities that my wife can find a descent job as a nurse that works around my demanding job? what should i expect?

With the growing threat of attach from Arab nations at hand. I would say the chances of terrorist supporters owning gas stations in the US are very likely. I myself have stopped doing business with foren owned gas stations, thinking that the money is not staying in the US. I would rather support US owned stations and fuel companies knowing that the money spent there would have greater chances of staying in my country and not going to Arab militia groups.

-Failed "Federal Marriage Ammendment" to protect straight divorcees from feelings on inferiority
-A pre-emptive strike that Bush ADMITS was on bad intelligence
-No plan to modify that pre-emptive strike
-A "culture of life" that involves the failed abstinence-only sex ed policy
-Intuding into Terri Schaivo's personal life to deny her last wish for political gain
-Becoming an embarrasment to their religous base.
-Putting the "S" word in my mouth dishonestly as a pro-Republican on this site did.

This law would give financial aid to students for college,who are non-U.S. citizens. This legislation is up for approval in California and if accepted will be signed into law by Govenor Schwarzenegger,making it only the second state to do so.It is in-state tuition,and is a lot cheaper than out of state tuition.

I am ready to get marry in the next 2 months. The problem is that hes ex- girlfriend, who is crazy! hates me because he is with me now, and calls my boyfriend to harrass him and tell him that if he doesn't leave me she is going to "beat me up", do something to me etc...that she doesn't care, that he is "her man", that i came between them ( it is not true). She used to hit my boyfriend before and make his life miserable. Now after 1 year and a half, she left for a while but now she is back, wanting to hurt me or him somehow. I need help on how to make her stop harrassing me everywhere we go, ( he is a musician, so he takes me to most of his gigs). Two days ago, was the "drop that spilled the glass" for me. She show up at the gig and grabbed me by my arm so hard that she left a big bruse on my arm, and then security took her outside. She was treatening my boyfriend and yelling that she was going to "beat me up". im really scare that she could hurt me or my boyfriend. Please help.

i was not there at the wedding ! she did it thru power of attorney !!. is this ok ?? i thought we were doing fiancee visa .... Then she divorced me took money from me!! , Then i learned latley that i might have been given bad advise by lawyers .... Should i contact immgration , before she gets her citizenship??? help... she used me for papers ... what should i do help !!

Ok, let me start this by saying I have next to no knowledge of anything to do with the US government (other than a system needs to be put in place to stop people like George W ever coming to power again!) In an attempt to fill this gap in my knowledge I started looking through the Wikipeadia to find out more about how the US government works (or doesn't work, that isn't the issue here!) I found a diagram showing the US with its counties drawn on and I noticed that the states near the east coast have a lot more counties than the ones near the west coast. Is this coincidence or is there some historical significance there?
