Welfare reform was part of the contract with America

Which you say "failed".

The "Deplorable response to Hurricane Katrina" was largely due to Louisiana state inaction.

We weren't the largest creditor in 1994. We were surpassed as the worlds largest creditor in 1984 by Japan. While we are the worlds largest debtor nation now, that's a process that has taken place over the last 22 years. Most of the increase has had to do with the economic downturn as a result of the dot-com bust and 9/11. This has begun to turn around.

The Federal Marriage Amendment does nothing at the federal level with regard to marriage or divorces - it simply says that STATES can refuse to recognize same-sex marriage sanctioned by another state. I don't understand how this constitutes "failed"

A preemptive strike based on bad intelligence. So what? There were other reasons for going into Iraq. Plus, now that we're there, leaving would be worse than not having gone it at all - that's why there's no plan to 'modify' the pre-emptive strike.

A "culture of life", which you obviously disagree with - preferring a culture of hedonism which includes dehumanizing and killing fetuses.

Hundreds of Americans die after George W. Bush says "Bring them on!" to Iraqi attacks against Americans. In the ensuing months and years, thousands more follow a course to the grave.

Month-long vacations for Bush at his dude ranch while millions endure indefinite vacations from the workforce? That's not just rude: it's wrong.

Tell us a list of the Dem's successes...... Nothing there....

As for the Rep's successes... economy is in slow growth period, as it should be... Employment (though the dems complain), after the bad part of the recession caused by the market crash of Clinton's false boom economics, is actually back to the same rate it was during the best of the Clinton years..... Tax cuts have helped the majority of the populous of the US.... Iraq is in the middle of beinging a free governmented state.....

Welfare Reform.
Lower taxes.
Stopped all terrorist attacks on U.S. soil since 9/11.
Freed 50 million humans from oppressive governments.
Reversed economic recession caused by "dot com" bubble burst.
Reversed economic recession caused by 9/11.

Granted, not a long list, but better than a Democrat.
