Well Im not too informed but I have heard of marriage with out the person being at the ceremony. .. and yeap a power of attorney can do lots of stuff, but I feel you really shouldnt let this person get away with this, contact the CIS (before INS now is citizenship and imigration services) and let them know. Is bad enough that this person is taking advantage of that power of attorney and ur trust, to give such a privilege of being a legal resident. Report her and Im sure you can also get charges on her.

She could not have gotten a marriage in the US by power of attorney, so I will assume the marriage was done in Colombia, if they accepted a POA then it would be a legal marriage if Colombia accepts it.
But a US divorce court should have taken that into consideration if it issued any settlement decree.
As for as immigratrion, while I doubt they do anything, yep, report her.

Sounds like you are a victim of identity theft where the power of attorney was used to obtain a fradulent marriage in Colombia.
Living in the US - you're going to have to seek legal help by hiring your attorney to undo the marriage AND press some criminal charges for the identity theft.
No one allows marriages by power of attorney ANYWHERE in the world.

Revoke the power of attorney, if it hasn't already expired and move your bank accounts. This is an international law case you can't win unless you get a lawyer to work for free.

You need a lawyer handling this.
There is the immigration department to notify, and it sounds like you want to challenge the power of attorney as having been improperly used.

Contact the INS (immigration and naturalization service). You can possibly have the marriage annulled due to fraud.

you could checklist her and that they are able to deport her lower back to the place ever she got here from because of the fact of my information they could desire to be married to you for 5 years to ensure that her to get her papers and be a criminal resident of the U. S.. so if she dont have her papers yet possible manage it.
