Women just don't have as many opportunities to be corrupt. Sorry, that's just how it is.
Neo-cons are cruel to intimidate anyone who would oppose them. Also they are sensitive only to their own greed.

Because women have only been allowed to vote and/or run for office since the 20's.
Be patient, women will gain positions as time goes on. Don't force things; look what troubles affirmative action has caused.

We are such a biased society that not only:
Very few women want to in the bad world of politics or
Women do not vote for their own tribe
but men, the chauvinist pigs do not want to have laws made by women.
Men show fake respect for women.

What difference does it make? Why does there have to be a specific number of women vs. men and minorities vs. whites in order for things to seem fair to some people?

Let us not forget -- half the people in this country are women; and they could vote women candidates into office if they so choose. In addition, you might consider that the very nature of politics is such that it's less appealing to women.
