I would have thought it was California. Maybe Florida or Arizona or New Mexico. Personally no illegal should be allowed any kind of financial aid. If you are not a legal resident of this country then tough.

i would not call them unlawful immigrants. they're only people generic as undocumented workers. and that they could desire to not using fact as undocumented workers, they don't pay taxes to the U. S. government.
