Someone has been spreading lies about me that can seriously damage my reputation and my chances for finding a good job in the small town that I live in. Is this considered slander and what exactly can I do about it?

criminal trespassing punishment?
can anyone tell me the possible punishments for criminal trespassing for a juvenile. i live in south dakota and there werent any signs or anything and the house had been vandalised in the past but the deputy said that there was nothing new. and i was not asked to leave they just told me to face the wall and put my hands where they could see them. there was no alcohol drugs anything involved. do you think that it would be possible for me to settle this out of court? also the house was boarded up and the owner lives out of state.

it is well documented that the CIA has paid for much of it's covert operation with money laundered from the sale of cocain and heroin. are the really trying to keep drugs out of america, or are they just trying to have a monopoly?

I live in the UK. Own my house outright (no mortgage) If I met a man I loved and moved him into the house, can he try and claim half of it after a certain amount of time? (I would be sure that he didn't offer to pay for an extension/conservatory. ) The bills would be in my name, etc. And I could prove that I bought it!
It is registered with the Land Registry in my sole name, and I would never allow anybody to take loans out against my property.
I would hate to think that somebody could just walk in and decide to take me for everything I own!

I read a story on habitual offenders and I believe these people break the law just so they can live in prison to free load off the tax payers. Do you think beating them with a stick could change thier minds?

My friend was named a joint beneficiary of a will. The two children of the deceased person then challanged the will as (seeing as though they had disowned their parent) they had only been allocated a small sum, whilst my friend and the executor where to recieve a substancial amount ( all from the sale of the property). The executor has been handling the legal side (of the challange by the children of the deceased person) but unfortunately does not speak or understand English very well. Somehow he agreed and signed a document handing the majority of the property $$ over to the children (of the deceased person) but thought what he was doing was agreeing and signing that he and my friend were to recieve this majority. He and my friend have now been allocated a token amount from the settlement, similar to that which the children were first allocated. Does my friend have any legal opportunity to stop/overturn this recent oversight? Can you challange a prior challange on a will?

http://www.serendipity.li/cia.html#mcgehee
(here's a brief excerpt, since you're probably not going to read the links):
"Ralph McGehee was a CIA agent for 25 years, active mainly in South-East Asia, and received a career achievement medal upon retirement. Initially a gung-ho anti-communist crusader, McGehee's experiences in Vietnam, where he witnessed American bombing and napalming of villages, and of the men, women and children who lived in them, led him to examine closely what the CIA was really all about."
"The CIA has officially acknowledged that McGehee's CIABASE activities were legal and constituted no threat to "national security" (click on the image at right). Yet he has recently been harassed both by the CIA and by the FBI, involving bodily injury, and his CIABASE website was shut down"

Well, it's August 22nd, the day nuclear war is supposed to start. Anybody see any mushroom clouds over Tehran, Tel Aviv or D.C. yet?

Let me know when this all kicks off, so I can grab a beer and watch the fireworks.

What needs to be done if college teachers beat up young kids in colleges in the third world country. The law enforcement does not show much interest in this type of crimes in colleges. Any resources to solve this.

This individual has recently started going to college and is so confused.

Please only answer to the question. No silly answers please.
