I've contemplated whether or not I should post this, because I know it sounds like I'm complaining, but I honestly don't know what flew up this guys a s s when he e-mailed me. And of course I can't reply because he has it blocked, coward.

Guess I said something that offended him so here's what he wrote me. By the way, if you look on his 360 page, you can see he's at least 60 years old and probably weights about 400 pounds. I guess he was intimidated by me because I'm much younger and way more successful than he. The guy doesn't even use proper grammar in this e-mail. Anyway here it is.

would it be considered illegal search if the police pull you over for no reason and make you take a sobriety test? now, remeber i said "no reason". you werent swerving, or driving erradicaly ect... now, if that would be a violation, or illegal search. then wouldnt sobriety checks (stops) be illegal too? just because everyones rights are bieng violated does'nt make it right. I want you to understand i'm not condoning drunk driving. But just because something is wrong doent give the authorities the right to do whatever they want. consider airport security and their "random searches". I think people in this county are quick to give up rights and freedoms just to feel safe. anyway now im starting to veer of subject, the origanal question is what i would like to have answered, the little rant was just so you have a frame of refrence of where i am coming from. i'll leave the best answer up to a vote.

as compared to life imprisonment. im doing an essay on this and i kind of want to hear other peoples opinions which do you perfer and why and if you pick neither than what would you pick as an alternative punishment. i believe capital punishment is wrong, not only is it wrong but ithink its less of a punishment than life imprisonment, well atleast it would be if prison wasnt so "comfortable". you know what i mean they get tv and outside time just lock them all up in a little white room with no human contact whatsoever thats what i say.

it is on state property so does that make a difference. We applied for a permit for him to play publically but was told he did not need one. As long as he is on public property he is allowed to play wherever he wants. well isn't state property considered public property.

A wise man once stated " I submit that an individual who breaks the law that conscience tells him is unjust, and willingly accepts the penalty of imprisonment to arouse the conscience of the community over its injustice, is in reality expressing the highest respect for the law"- MLK. I now ask you to head these words once more. there is a growing moral decadence in the world. the judicial systems of the worlds - ours included- are practicing in perpetuating the unjust system of criminal prosicution. It is time that I ask us all to arouse the conscience of our communities. don't let those wrongly sentenced. I bring for question- how morally can a mother and children be evicted from housing due to failure to pay rent. when illness had stopped her from being able to work. The courts sided with building managment in denial of extension of payment. I now do not know the fate of this unfortinate family, but I ask you to take this and help anyone that you know that may be in this situation.

Religious conservatives say that Liberals want to drive religion out of the country when everyone with a brain knows that liberals favor getting religion out of GOVERNMENT.

Why are Religious Conservatives to unable to understand the difference between a student praying privately and a teacher leading prayers?

Why are Religious Conservatives unable to understand the difference beween having the ten commandments posted in a living room and having it posted in a courthouse?

Is this a case of stupidity or willful ignorance?
